Growth SEO Foundation & 90-Day Search Campaign

This agreement covers PurKratom’s Growth SEO Foundation and three-month SEO campaign. The engagement includes the one-time technical and strategic foundation, followed by three consecutive monthly service cycles. The signed agreement, Invoice 00192, approved amendments, and Underdog Solutions terms control the engagement.

Growth SEO Foundation Setup: $1,499. Three months of Growth SEO: $999 per month, totaling $2,997. Total investment: $4,496, paid in full on July 30, 2026. Current amount due: $0. Additional services, renewals, third-party costs, or expanded scope require separate authorization.

The monthly service term runs from August 30, 2026 through November 29, 2026 across three consecutive service cycles. The first report is scheduled for September 5, with later reports on the 5th during the active term. The current agreement does not automatically renew; continued service requires separate written authorization and billing.

The foundation includes technical SEO auditing, keyword and search-intent research, competitor research, schema review, Search Console and Analytics setup or review, XML sitemap optimization, crawlability and indexing checks, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, website performance, and baseline visibility measurement.

Monthly work may include ongoing keyword refinement, on-page SEO across up to 30 website pages, approved landing-page development, SEO-focused content, backlink and citation development, technical monitoring, speed and mobile review, competitor tracking, visibility monitoring, reporting, and reasonable campaign adjustments.

The first campaign report is scheduled for September 5, 2026, with later reports delivered on the 5th during the active service term. Reporting may cover completed work, rankings and visibility, technical status, content progress, blockers, and upcoming priorities. PurKratom will provide an authorized decision-maker and consolidated feedback.

PurKratom is responsible for providing accurate business and product information, required website and account access, approved brand assets, compliance guidance, and timely approvals. Delays in credentials, verification, information, or approvals may extend campaign timelines.

PurKratom operates in a regulated and platform-sensitive category. The Client remains responsible for applicable laws, product claims, labeling, age restrictions, shipping, disclosures, and business practices. Underdog Solutions may pause or revise work that could conflict with legal, platform, search-engine, or documented compliance requirements.

The engagement does not include a full website redesign or redevelopment, paid advertising management or ad spend, ongoing social media management, professional photography or videography, product testing, legal or regulatory certification, third-party software or hosting fees, guaranteed third-party approvals, or work beyond the purchased foundation and three monthly cycles unless separately authorized.

SEO results cannot be guaranteed. Rankings, indexing, traffic, leads, conversions, revenue, and AI/search visibility depend on search-engine algorithms, competition, market conditions, website history, platform changes, Client cooperation, and other outside factors. Underdog Solutions will use commercially reasonable, good-faith efforts but does not promise a specific ranking, traffic level, lead count, revenue result, ROI, or exact result timeline.

PurKratom retains control of its Client-owned accounts. Final custom deliverables are governed by the rights provided under the Agency terms, while Underdog Solutions retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, processes, research, software, and reusable systems. Both parties must reasonably protect nonpublic business information, credentials, strategy, customer information, and operational data.
