OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS

At Underdog Solutions, we understand that applying for a new role can feel overwhelming, and we’re committed to making the experience as straightforward and supportive as possible. Our goal is to keep you informed every step of the way so you know exactly what to expect from us. To help ease the process, we’ve outlined our typical interview and selection journey so you can feel confident and prepared as you take the next step toward joining our team.

Step One:

Application Review

Once you submit your application, our team takes the time to thoroughly review your background and qualifications. If your experience and skills align with what we’re looking for, we’ll connect with you directly to walk you through the next steps in the hiring process.

Step Two:

Initial Phone Interview

Our People Success team will reach out to schedule an initial phone interview. This conversation gives us the chance to learn more about your background, skills, and motivation for joining the Underdog Solutions team, while also giving you the opportunity to ask questions and get to know us better.

Step Three:

Live Interview

Depending on the role, you’ll meet with various member of our team whether virtually or in person. These series of interviews will be held with the Hiring Manager, Chief People Officer, and other key hiring stakeholders to explore your fit for the role and organization.

 

Step Four:

Thorough B.A.R.K. Screening

At this stage, our People Success team begins the BARK screening process to ensure we’re building a team rooted in trust, integrity, and accountability. This includes a thorough background check, a social media review, reference checks with the contacts you’ve provided, and additional verifications as needed. Our goal is to confirm that every new team member not only has the right skills but also upholds the values and professionalism that define Underdog Solutions.

Offer
