This offer is made by Underdog Solutions, LLC (“Underdog Solutions”) to Savage Real Estate Investments (“Client”) for the 90-Day Dominator WordPress and Digital Foundation Package.
The scope is exactly what is listed on this page. Anything not listed is out of scope and requires a separate written change order. Where this page and the signed service agreement differ, the signed service agreement governs.
The full investment is $9,349, divided into three payments:
- Payment 1 — $1,499, due at acceptance
- Payment 2 — $3,925
- Payment 3 — $3,925
The three-payment arrangement exists to make the investment manageable. It is not an additional discount and does not change the total.
Payments 2 and 3 fall due on the dates or project milestones stated in the final contract and invoice. Work may pause on any phase where payment is outstanding.
A promotional rate offering $2,000 in savings was extended during the strategy session with a 24-hour acceptance window. That window has closed and the promotional rate is no longer available.
The investment stated on this page, $9,349, is the current and complete price. Any earlier figure should be treated as expired and not as an active offer.
Onboarding begins once all three of the following have been received: the signed service agreement, the $1,499 initial payment, and the completed acceptance form on this page.
Viv will then coordinate onboarding forms, questionnaires, access requests, and asset collection over approximately seven days. Client agrees to provide reasonable access to existing platforms, brand assets, photographs, service information, and approvals.
The 90-day schedule begins at kickoff, not at the date of this offer. Kickoff will be aligned with the completion of Client’s current active project.
Timelines assume Client responds to questionnaires, review requests, and approval requests within the agreed windows. Delays in Client response extend the schedule by the corresponding period.
All accounts, profiles, and the WordPress website created during this project are owned exclusively by Client.
Accounts are registered using a central Savage Real Estate Investments email address so Client retains permanent administrative control. This includes the domain, hosting, WordPress installation, Google Business Profile, Bing Places, and all directory listings.
Underdog Solutions holds no ownership claim over any asset created under this engagement, during or after the relationship.
The Launchpad mentorship currently runs on Squarespace with MemberSpace handling content dripping. Underdog Solutions will rebuild this inside WordPress so that course content, member access, and the public site operate on one platform under Client ownership.
Existing course material, module order, and drip schedule will be replicated as closely as the new platform allows. Client is responsible for providing full export access to current course content and the member list.
Migration of historic member billing records or active subscription records is not included and is handled as a separate scoped item.
Search visibility and lead generation are affected by search engine algorithms, market conditions, competitor activity, seasonality, Client participation, and third-party systems outside Underdog Solutions’ control.
Underdog Solutions does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volume, leads, closed deals, or revenue. The commitment under this agreement is to deliver the services and deliverables expressly identified above.
Underdog Solutions recommends approximately 45 days of observation after launch before committing to SEO retainer, social media management, or paid advertising.
This period allows the site to gather meaningful performance and audience data so future marketing decisions are based on which services, locations, and audiences are actually generating engagement. Any service beyond this engagement requires a separate written agreement.
This offer, the associated agreement, invoice, and payment details are prepared for Savage Real Estate Investments and are not intended for public distribution.

Scope, pricing, payment terms, guarantees, deadlines, and milestone triggers cannot be changed except by written agreement between both parties.
